ABOUT
E.A.R.L.Y.
E.A.R.L.Y., Inc. a non-profit agency that was incorporated in 2006
to expose youth to diverse genre and curricula in education, arts,
recreation, and leadership skills. The ultimate goal of E.A.R.L.Y.
is to cultivate “characteristics of success” in youth
thus increasing their potential for self-sufficiency, resulting in
individual and community empowerment.
E.A.R.L.Y.'s extended mission is to facilitate the
transition from youth to adulthood by engaging participants in character
development, volunteerism and nontraditional career options.
Our featured curriculum focuses on leadership and
being a team player, exploration of interests and potential careers,
evolving hopes and dreams into achievable goals, creating and establishing
a Volunteer Service Project and career exploration and research. Arts
and Recreational programming include courses to expose students to
the fine arts and sporting activities to engage physical prowess.
MISSION STATEMENT
To expose youth to diverse genres and curricula in
education, arts, recreation, and leadership skills.
VISION STATEMENT
To facilitate the transition from youth to adulthood
by engaging participants in curricula tailored to the exploration
of nontraditional career options. The artistic and recreational arm
of E.A.R.L.Y. will participate in national and international venues
and competitions. Our foreign exchange program will foster cultural
diversity and ensure that national and international youth have the
opportunity to experience “a world beyond their own.”

CURRICULUM
Education – The curriculum Start Something,
created by the Tiger Woods Foundation is based on the book written
by Tiger and Earl Woods. Start Something has a five-point system of
measuring the effectiveness of the curriculum. This system includes
discussions regarding leadership and being a team player, exploration
of interest and potential careers, evolving hopes and dreams into
achievable goals, creating and establishing a Volunteer Service Project

Arts – Year round arts courses are offered
to expose students to the fine arts. Onsite courses include Dance
(Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap and African), Drama (Alliteration, Character
Development, Comedy and Tragedy), Art (Painting, Sculpture and Welding),
and Music (Choir, Band, Classical and Jazz). Click

Recreation – Year round sporting activities
are offered to engage physical prowess. Onsite training and participation

Leadership Skills – Start Something curriculum

addresses key issues mandatory for the development of leadership skills.

Youth - The Y in E.A.R.L.Y. represents our target
population. It is E.A.R.L.Y.’s mission to take a proactive stance
on youth and their success. E.A.R.L.Y. is a community-oriented program
